so you can get on with life.

We build your portfolio

We recommend a diversified ETF portfolio based on the company's investment objectives, timeframe, income needs and risk profile. Our approach is grounded in evidence, not market noise.

We manage it for you

We invest new deposits, monitor the portfolio and rebalance it when needed to keep it aligned with the recommended strategy.

We simplify reporting

We provide consolidated investment and tax reporting that can be shared with your company's accountant or tax adviser, helping make tax time easier.

Put company-held wealth to work

Invest beyond cash

If your company holds funds that are intended for long-term investment, Stockspot can help you invest them in a structured, diversified portfolio. Looking for a combination of both? We also have a short-term savings solution available to clients.

Invest across markets and asset classes

Access a diversified mix of low-cost ETFs, which may include Australian and global shares, emerging markets, bonds and gold.

Stay focused on the long term

We manage the portfolio using a disciplined investment process rather than reacting to short-term market noise.

We sell the required investments and transfer the proceeds after standard market trading and settlement processes.

Yes. Stockspot can recommend a portfolio based on your company's timeframe and risk profile.

Funds required for short-term business expenses may be better kept in cash or a lower-risk option, while diversified investments are generally more appropriate for longer timeframes.

Yes. Your company can choose to have portfolio income reinvested or distributed quarterly.

Stockspot provides consolidated annual tax reporting and supporting portfolio documents. These can be shared with your accountant to help prepare the company's accounts and tax return.

Stockspot provides investment advice and portfolio reporting, but does not advise on whether a company is the right tax or legal structure for you. Speak with your accountant or tax adviser about company tax rates, capital gains and distributing money to shareholders.

The investments are held under your company's own Holder Identification Number, or HIN. This identifies the company as the holder of the investments.

Potentially. Stockspot can review an existing company portfolio and help develop a transition plan. Selling or restructuring existing investments may have tax consequences, so your accountant should be involved before changes are made.

Eligible clients can add selected Stockspot Themes to their diversified core portfolio. These can provide additional exposure to areas such as US shares or dividend-focused investments.
