This Privacy Statement sets out how Stockspot Pty Ltd, trading as Stockspot, uses and protects any information that you give Stockspot when you use this website. Collection of information via web site activity

For statistical purposes we collect information on web site activity (such as the number of users who visit our web site, the date and time of visits, the number of pages viewed, navigation patterns, what country and what systems users have used to access the site and, when entering our web site from another web site, the address of that web site) through the use of ‘cookies’. You can contact us at any time and request access to the personal information that we hold about you. In some circumstances, we may not be able to disclose this information to you. If this is the case we will inform you in writing and explain the reasons why.

We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect. If we do not agree with the corrections you have supplied and refuse to correct the personal information, we will give you a written notice to that effect.

If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, you may be able to lodge a complaint with an external dispute resolution scheme. The external dispute resolution body is established to assist you in resolving your complaint where you have been unable to do so with us. However, it's important that you contact us first.
